My home was in need of a new AC system. After obtaining 4 estimates, we decided to go with Ainsworth Cooling. This decision was based on several factors. 1. Ainsworth Cooling was very easy to work with. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Craig offered us three different AC options at three different price points. Craig explained our options to us, and he made it easy for us to decide which system was right for our home. He was very informative and very straight forward. No fancy salesman talk. Just good information about the product he carries. He seemed more interested in helping us get the right system for our home, rather than just selling a new AC system. 2. The American Standard brand has a solid reputation and a good warranty. Ainsworth Cooling has been in business over 40 years, and it's easy to see why. Excellent customer service, with a good product at a fair price. My neighbor has used Ainsworth Cooling for many years, and has always spoken well of Craig. On the day of installation, Craig and crew were very prompt and professional. Craig finished up by checking everything and helped us set up our new thermostat. He registered the warranty for us. He made it easy. I would recommend Ainsworth Cooling based on Craig's professionalism, expertise, his commitment to customer service, competitive pricing, and the American Standard brand. Also, we were impressed with the technicians that installed the unit. They were polite, professional and worked through lunch, and they took care to keep the area clear of packaging material and cleaned up before leaving. Craig also mentioned that his crews have been employees of the company for many years. If you need HVAC service or a new system, give Ainsworth Cooling a call. You'll be glad you did.

Weve been using this HVAC company for several years now from purchasing our full system to regular maintenance and repairs and they have been consistently excellent. Theyre professional, show up on time, communicate clearly, and their pricing has always been fair and reasonable. Its hard to find contractors you can truly rely on, but these guys have earned our trust. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, dependable HVAC service.

We have been doing business with Craig since 2010 when we got our AC/Heating replaced. They have done all our maintenance since. They are very knowledgeable and keep us on track with maintenance reminders. Highly recommend his and his Company!!

Craig did an incredible job finding the problem with my 11 year old system leak, showed me where the problem was, then gave me options. I was able to make an informed decision and he had a new system installed the next day after I decided what system I wanted. I love the new system and it is very quiet and efficient!

I've used Mr Craig and his team for all of my AC maintenance and repairs for 7 years and cannot recommend them enough!! They're quick, communicative, courteous, friendly and have helped keep my system in top condition. I had thermostat issues one time in that 7 yrs and they were quick to arrove and replace it after they guided me through steps to make sure it wasn't just a setting issue. They're my go-to for central air!
